Limerick Generating Station

Title: Limerick Generating Station

A colleague of mine (Kathy Gale) is planning to visit the Limerick Generating Station as part of a program to benchmark personal dosimetry (bioassay, TLD) sample tracking at Ontario Power Generation against an external organization.  Limerick Generating Station was suggested to her by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission based on its similarity to OPG stations.

Before she arranges the visit, she has asked me to see if anyone on RadSafe can provide some basic background information about Limerick Station (location, facility size, type of reactors, generating capacity, size of workforce).

Please send responses to galek@aecl.ca
