Jim,
By wealth I meant a large storehouse of resources that were useful to us
involved with radiation safety. One could download NuRegs, Regulatory
Guides, review daily reports to events reported to the NRC that allowed us
to look at our own programs for possible violations. Most involved
regulatory issues.
