Fermi reference

In case anyone was tracking this, Dan Mantooth did point me to a pretty good

reference on this subject:

The Monte Carlo Method. N. Metropolis, S. Ulam. Journal of the American

Statistical Association, Vol. 44, No. 247. (Sep., 1949), pp. 335-341.

Fermi is not actually in the author list of this article; it mentions the

application of Monte Carlo methods to solve eigenvalues of the Schrodinger

equation, which is generally attributed to the three investigators.
