I appreciate your comment (and I can read 10-point type).  In response to your comment, the questions I initially asked UCS are, briefly,

Do you think trucks (or trains) transporting spent nuclear fuel are "mobile Chernobyls?"  If so, on what basis?

Do you think 10 CFR Part 71 Subpart E is inadequate or inadequately implemented?  

In your opinion, in what way are these two questions "obfuscation", government or otherwise?
