Re: Mechanisms are Needed to Explain Cohen's Data
I agree. The debate seems to mirror others like the Yucca project,
where diametrically opposed views generate gigawatts of debate. I
winced when I read that 6.8 BILLION dollar figure quoted just to study
the project. IMHO, that money was mostly spent because of the
self-serving posturing of a few politicians.
