EPA Radiation Site Cleanup Criteria

Can anyone direct me to a recent (as possible) reference/publication that

outlines EPA's radiation site cleanup criteria, specifically the 0.15 mSv/y

(15 mrem/y) criterion. It was first introduced by the EPA as a proposed

rule making under 40CFR196 in May of 1994. Has this been revised/finalized?

I am aware of NRC's different criterion of 0.25 mSv/y for licence

termination (Final Rule in Federal Register Vol. 62, No.139, 21 July 1997

:39058-39095)

Thank you.
