FYI



The last draft of the new German legislation I know about contained the 20

mSv/y as limit. The final legislation had the 100 mSv/5y limit, with a

maximum of 50 mSv/y in one of the five years. I would be surprised if this

did not become law in France as well. In the new legislation of EU member

states I know of, the same approach has been adopted and as far as I can

foresee we might adopt it in Austria as well.
