	--An extensive update of my study was published in "Updates and

Extensions to Tests of the Linear-No Threshold Theory", Technology

7:657-672;2000. It is posted on my web site as item #2. The list of 500

socioeconmic variables introduced was too long for publication in more

easily available journals
