That is not correct at all. The german legislation, valid since Aug., 1.,

2001, says in ยง 55 the dose limit is 20 mSv/y. In a single case for a single

year the authority may approve a 50 mSv/y-limit. In this case the 100 mSv/5

y-limit must be observed.
