	--I do not assume it is the same as individual level confounding.

I would prefer to discuss this in terms of particular example. Let's

consider my treatment of what I call "the Lubin effect" in my paper in

Health Physics 75:18-22;1998. Let me know what you don't agree with in

that paper.
