--You do not understand the "Scientific Method". There is no

requirement that everything must be explained -- that will never happen.

But there is a requirement that when an observation contradicts the

prediction of a theory, that contradiction must be explainable -- note the

word is "explainable", not "explained". If the contradiction is not

explainable, the theory must be abandoned.

Note that there is no requirement on the method of analysis.

Anyone is entitled to his own method of analysis and you have no right to

tell me how to do the analysis. But the contradiction between theory and

observation must be explained. You do have a right to point out an error

in my method of analysis, but you haven't done so.

If you can point out an error in my analysis of the Lubin effect,

referring to my paper in Health Physics 75:18-22;1998, being explicit,

I will be glad to discuss it with you. Otherwise, I will not bother to

reply further to your messages. Again I invite you to submit a letter to

Health Physics on your attacks.
