Documentary film being prepared on weapons fallout

The following quotes are from the first post that resulted from the recent

NPR radio discussion of low level radiation. The person quoted is making a

film documentary about the radiation that people received from fallout.

Below the quotes is a link to the NPR discussion.

"People don't think in words, they think in pictures, and this is the only

way to get this information out."

"the fact that the entire country was contaminated with fallout from the

cumulative effects of the 244 above ground tests conducted at the Nevada

Test Site between 1951 and 1962, is phenomenal."

"there is no way to convey the magnitude of this issue with words or

discussion."

"this did happen, it happened without peoples knowledge or consent, and if

people are thinking, will feel a sense of betrayal."

"it is important to get this information out in an easily understandable way

to the general public."

"I am working on a film documentary of this subject and will have first hand

accounts of farmers and their reactions to having their crops radiated by

the government."

"If anyone is interested in working on this film documentary you may contact

me at: Dane Spencer, fontleroy@bainbridge.net "
