The following was added to the MSNBC story: "For people with
questions about radiation, the Health Physics Society has an “ask the expert”
section online at www.hps.org/publicinformation/asktheexpert.cfm ".
More importantly, that means that the author of the story is now aware of the
HPS site.
The last sentence in the Fact File was changed from, "The
exposures are on top of any radiation occurring naturally," to "The exposures
are on top of radiation occurring naturally or from manmade sources (eg,
x-rays), levels that can be significantly higher."
