(Off Topic) Explosives and ESD

Hi all. 



Sorry about the off topic post, but there are a great many people here with

a wide variety of skills. A great resource.



In addition to being Radiation Safety Officer, I've now been designated

Explosives Safety Officer (let's not discuss dirty bombs :^D ). Do any of

you have experience with explosives and ESD control? I think we have

grounding problems. Also, any information about explosives handling training

would be appreciated. We're not handling large quantities (pin pullers,

squibs, TBIs, small quantities of solid rocket fuel, etc.) Please contact me

directly.
