Re: Fusion from Acoustic Cavitation

Brian, Thank you for putting the synopsis and comments onto Radsafe. I enjoy the intermittant technical information and queries on Radsafe and wish there were more.

This is rather a simple question, but here goes:

Did any of the experimenters look at the impact of bubble distribution/density on the angle of interaction of the neutrons with respect to the detectors? From what you posted, counting geometries changed significantly with the two iterations of the experiment.

Under the condition of acoustic cavitation, could the system have changed the angle of interaction of the neutrons with respect to the detectors? If this is so, larger detectors would not have as drastic an effect, but smaller geometries could be impacted.
