I believe that you should make sure that they can discuss radiation and contamination and know the difference when talking to the public.  They should know the common units of radioactivity and radiation and which are large relative to human exposure and which are small.  They should know that in almost all cases, the radiation and contamination are secondary hazards compared to injuries and lifesaving is always a priority.  The issue of conatinment is important to contain spills to prevent or reduce the expensive of cleanup.  


That will take an hour.
