Petition to support FFTF

A significant effort was launched to evaluate and promote the use of the
Fast Flux Test Facility(FFTF) for the commercial production of medical
isotopes during the rush to make a decision on its startup/shutdown .  That
effort showed short and long term positive return on investment due to the
unique ability of  the FFTF to provide sought for but unavailable medical
isotopes.  This and other numerous postive benefits to the national medical
infrastructure were ignored.  The use of medical isotopes is currently
experiencing an exponential growth and the need for flexible and abundent
domestic sources as possible from the FFTF is huge.

Please review the internet links here and join me in signing the petition requesting our government allow use rather than destruction of what can be considered a national treasure.
