remainder Zr;
* limits per customer spec.
Also, 25 impurity content limits are listed, in ppm, with the largest being carbon (270), lead (130), silicon (120), tungsten & hafnium (100 ea.), aluminum (75), nickel & nitrogen (70 ea.), etc...
