You raise an excellent point.  There has been little, if any public

opposition to the Nuclear Navy, at least in the U.S.  Why?  Maybe it's

because the Navy has a whole different attitude regarding RP

No, perhaps it's because the public understands that the Defense

Department's decisions are not up for debate.  So it should be with a few

other things nuclear, as Gov. Guinn will soon find out.
