Hi Barbara,

Am still puzzled -- sent a response to you and cc to Radsafe a few

hours ago, but I fired a blank and still don't know how I did it. In retrospect,

a blank was probably appropriate. But I wanted to suggest that if you required

the sender (Hoffman) to provide a detailed rationale for each of his questions

before you bothered to even fool with them, then the sender would probably

disappear into the silence. In addition, how would such questions be relevant

anyway to any nuclear plant which is either operational or being decommissioned?

And, Barbara, I want to hear how well you enjoy your new home in Carlsbad ....
