The second says "30 times normal" and 0.02-0.3/100,000 natural incidence,

which would be 0.6-9 cases per100,000 exposed children. Actual numbers per

UNSCEAR, WHO, with involved countries from June 2001 reviews of UNSCEAR 2000

data, are 1-2/100,000.
