The Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) performance assessment includes a code for the transport of colloidal particles in groundwater. It is part of the WIPP Compliance Certification Application. I believe you may find information on colloid transport in various media by searching the sandia technical library on line at
http://infoserve.sandia.gov/

I searched on the words "colloid transport" and got quite a large list.
