RESRAD is quite superficial.

Colloids are not necessarily organic. Pu (IV) forms a colloid in neutral to basic pH. A number of metals can form colloids. The WIPP performance assessment used several colloid transport codes. Some additional names at Sandia National Labs that might help you: Robert Rechard and Hans Papenguth.m You can get phone numbers and email addresses from the Sandia Locator.
