RE: Atomic Twister - counterexamples - (Hurricane Andrew)



Remember when you did hurricane or tornado drills? 

Where were you advised to go?  Towards the center of

your house near a load-bearing wall, right?



Control rooms are usually in the heart of a plant

surrounded by other structures, systems, and

components.  Further, the control room is contained

within a missile-protected structure.
