Spiked Fish

This question is specific to radiological environmental monitoring blind

spike programs.  I am interested in how other facilities approach gamma spec

for organic materials, specifically fish.  Do you spike actual native

species samples or use a generic organic material?  If  you use actual fish,

do you do this in-house or does a vendor provide this service?
