Well spoken, sir. As one of those emergency responders, I strongly concur

with your assessment about the "reign of terror" ... and it will probably

take a period of time measured in days to meet your conditions for

overthrowing that reign.

The object of terrorism is purely to create a state of terror.



Killing innocent people is just one way for terrorists to achieve that goal.



It does not matter what the nuclide contents or activity of the "dirty bomb"

may be. It could even be a complete hoax.



Because of the lack of radiological knowledge in the public, and the media's

frenzied reporting, terror WILL reign until the emergency responders in the

affected jurisdiction can verify and control the situation.
