Sometimes the vendor supplies a simple chart of fetal dose per mCi vs
gestational age. If thats not available, check out this excellent link
for an estimate and other fetal dose info:

You will need to know the particular flavor of Tc99m. The bottom line
is that for Tc99m diagnostic studies the patient should be assured that
the dose is not significant.
