VARSKIN Source

How do I find our if VARSKIN has been updated and obtain the software and 

NUREG for VARSKIN?  My old (1987) NUREG/CR-4418 says to write the Radiation 

Shielding Information Center at Oak Ridge.  I assume that the is an internet 

method now.
