flight exposure

Greetings all,



I fly about 20 times per year, sometimes across the

nation, and other times using regional carriers.  The

cross country flights are about 30-35,000 feet and the

regionals are about 20,000.  Does anyone know how much

more "protection" the thicker atmosphere affords me -

in a per unit time basis?
