RE: Smoke-free ordinances



There are some. For life insurance, at least.  



Or maybe it's just a separate class of policy instead of a company level

strategy.

Taxes of course should NOT pay for any of this (Fat chance that will

ever happen - smokers and their relatives are LOTS of voters).
