Brian-The DOE DCF's are commonly referred to as the "Orange Books" that I
haven't found online using the DOE OSTI Bridge search platform
(http://www.osti.gov/bridge/).
However, equivalent publications can be found at
http://www.epa.gov/radiation/assessment/pubs.html. These Federal Guidance
Reports (FGR 11 and 12) are EPA's versions of the Orange Books, commonly
referred to as the "Green Books." There may be slight variations in some of
the int/ext DCFs (possibly for HTO submersion), but nothing major.
