135 dB probably won't kill you, but it will certainly deafen you, and it hurts. The threshold for some permanent hearing loss is around 105 dB for four minutes, and I believe the pain threshold is about 120 dB.
re the LNT comment: the thresholds for hearing damage are well understood. However, it is also true that the combination of noise that people subject themselves to at rock concerts and with audio amplifiers in cars, and even the cumulative noise of a bunch of household appliances going at the same time, is enough to cause some hearing loss
