You're still talking generics! You're telling us of things that could go
wrong. Maybe he didn't account for the phase of the moon.
If "cross-level bias and confounding at the group level" can invalidate his
results, surely you can think of some numbers that would demonstrate it.
All that is required is that the numbers be credible--you don't have to show
that they are true.
Why can't you show us? I can tell you how much excess reactivity, or how
much deficiency in shielding--in numbers--could invalidate a given reactor
design. That is much more convincing that philosophizing about possible
generic problems. If you can't think of any examples of how this might
actually work, can you blame some of us for questioning your arguments on
the basis of what kinds of generic limitations might create a problem.
