No, it isn't a good article. It's at best an almost OK article. It is full of the usual cheap shots at DOE, NRC, etc. The autrhors question NRC staff for "one side" and Don Hancock (SW Research and [dis]Information Center -- an anti WIPP group) and good old Arjun Makhajani for the "other side." Since ignorance is apparently bliss, the latter two mouth off at will, with little regard for truth, facts, etc.
