rad exposure by industry segment

Dear all,



I would like to collect information on rad exposure / dose experience by

industry segment within the commercial nuclear industry by getting

responses to the following questions:



1. What is your facility type? (nuclear power, rad waste processing,

weapons complex, other)

2. What is your annual admin limit on TEDE?

3. Do you have any individuals with TEDE greater than 3rem?

      If yes, what is their job title?
