RE: Deadly Waste

The Three Mile Island area is not populated with casinos. People have a tendency to become more attentive and receptive to education when something they desire or need becomes threatened. It has long been known that if a person likes a subject or feels strongly that it is beneficial to their life in some way, they learn more... and more easily about it. I would think gambling fits in that situation well, wouldn't you? Even at TMI, people learned about radiation and its effects... they may not have learned enough to quell their fears, but they still made a concerted effort to learn.

Would you consider the public's response to Three Mile Island an example of

what we could expect?

An accident in or near LV would probably prompt a lot of people to learn

about radiation and its affects.

Does anyone truly believe that anything short of an asteroid impact will

slow down the thirst for the potential rewards the casino tables offer?
