Try Factor Mutual at   http://www.fmglobal.com or N.F.P.A @ www.nfpa.org

also if you have NFPA 99 Health care Occupancies you may find it there.

Also try NFPA LSC 101... 



What is Plexiglass?  Is it the same as >> 

polycarbonate?  and what are its electrical properties?



Plexiglass is PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate), not polycarbonate.

It's properties can be found in a polymers properties book such as

Rohm and Haas.
