In my mind the entire issue of ELF and RF EMR bioeffects depends on the 

physics. Physics requires a mechanism and the mechanism is energy absorption. 

Calculate the energy of an ELF or RF EMR photon and compare it to typical 

molecular binding energies. The only possible bioeffect is heating. Modern 

safety standards are more than adequate to protect against heating 

bioeffects. There are, and can be, no other bioeffects.
