Does anyone have a copy of the new NRC facility security requirements for radioactive material licenses. NSSI has recently received a notice from our regulators that new rules will be dictated by the NRC as a result of security concerns. Weve gotten notice that these new rules are out for comment but that comments won't be considered or appreciated.,

To date noone has seen the new requirements.
