Not many companies in the neutron source business anymore. About the only manufacturer in the U.S. is Gammatron.Gammatron manufacturers Am241Be, Am241Li, and Pu238Be neutron sources. They are in Houston and can be reached at 713 242-9038 or 713 641-0391.

If you are willing to take ownership of a used source, NSSI can provide sources of 100 mCi, 500 mCi, 3 Ci, 5Ci, and 20Ci Am241Be at very low cost.

I know of no one providing calibrated sources. Source calibration can be arranged through NIST but it takes a long time and is quite expensive.
