Can anyone assist me in locating a copy of "Contamination Monitoring

Standard for a Portal Monitor Used for Emergency Response," Federal

Emergency Management Agency, March 1995. 



Does anyone know if there is an electronic (pdf) version of this document

available.  I have not been able to locate it on the FEMA website.
