OK - here is a second response with a reference that may indirectly lead to 

the answer:



A. Frieben described in 1902 cancer in an X-ray ulcer (Forsch. Grb. (Geb.?) 

Röntgenstr., Vol. 6, page 106). My reference is indirect - a photocopy of 

bad quality that now has survived 27 years among my paper stacks.
