Testicular Cancer

I recall reading several years back that testicular cancer was

not radiogenic.  I though it was in an ICRP or NCRP report.

Needless to say, I now need that information and cannot locate

it.  Is testicular cancer radiogenic?  Any references either way

would be greatly appreciated.
