RE: S. 2684, Dirty Bomb Prevention Act of 2002

S.2684 was actually introduced on June 26, 2002, by the wife of Monica's ex-boyfriend.  It was read twice and referred to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, where it apparently still sits.
