Fwd: British ricin raid death and security

This is really a question that would have been best left un-asked. I have seen a number of comments recently about the security situation of UK plants, and while I have most of the answers I would rather not promote the discussion. It is widely held that our long term support for the US has placed the UK high on the terrorist targets. As such I don't feel it would be prudent to circulate any information, even if it is already in the public domain, that may be of interest to these organisations.
