RE: Use of nuc. weapons in Iraq

The report of plans for using nuclear weapons to prevent Saddam from using WMD came from a Los Angeles Times article of a claim by a U.S. private military expert William M. Arkin who said the plans were being "fleshed out" at U.S. Strategic Command in Omaha, Nebraska, at the Pentagon, and at Dick Cheney's "undisclosed location" in Pennsylvania.
