Re: Job Posting

Probably not.

I finished school in 1975, when the job market was also tight. I recall a

half-humorous posting on a bulletin board (cork, not electronic): It was a

supposed series of letters from a job applicant and responses from potential

employers:

1. letter: "... I have a PhD, and performed research in radiation transport

with a Nobel prize winner ..." response: "We are impressed with your

credentials, but, unfortunately, do not have any positions worthy of your

talents."

2. letter: "... I'm a college graduate with some work experience..."

response: "We'll keep your application on file and will call you if there are

any suitable openings..."

3. letter: "...I dont no much, but I kin werk hard..." response: "When can

you start?"

The opinions expressed are strictly mine.

It's not about dose, it's about trust.

Curies forever.
