I don't have a problem with watchdogs. They are needed in any aspect 

of any industry, or governement, where safety is an issue. I only 

want their efforts and dialogue to be totally honest and not based on 

any hidden agenda. Note I am not implying that Lochbaum has a hidden 

agenda, or not. I am only stating what a watchdog has to be careful 

about when they make statements to the public.
