During this program, conveniently held in Washington, DC, you will learn
the principles and practices behind methods used to evaluate
environmental, health, and safety regulations, including benefit-cost,
cost-effectiveness, risk, and life-cycle analysis. The program will also
cover OMB’s newly announced proposal to revise federal guidelines for
regulatory analysis. Harvard Center for Risk Analysis is noted for its
role in promoting the use of benefit-cost, cost-effectiveness, and risk
analysis for government regulation.
