Dear Bernie:
The eleven primary Confederate States to delete include:
1. Alabama
2. Arkansas
3. Florida
4. Georgia
5. Louisiana
6. Mississippi
7. North Carolina
8. South Carolina
9. Tennessee
10. Texas
11. Virginia
I say "primary" because there was a split decision in Missouri and Kentucky
and they are included in the 13 Stars of the Confederate Flag. Also, West
Virginia was formed out of Virginia because of the Civil War. For the
purposes of this experiment, you can ignore these 3 extra States.
